Canceling an Order:
Should you find it necessary to cancel an order, you may do so
prior to shipping. Please contact ewa lagan GmbH. Customer

Non-fulfillment of an Order
In rare instances, ewa lagan GmbH. is unable to fulfill an order as a result
of damage to, or loss of, the item before shipping, or for other
reasons. In the event ewa lagan GmbH. is unable to fulfill an order for
any reason, we reserve the right to rescind the transaction, and
we will promptly refund any amounts you have paid for the item.
However, beyond a refund of amounts paid, we cannot be, and by
ordering with ewa lagan GmbH you agree that you will not hold us, responsible
for any damages associated with non-fulfillment of an order.

Shipping:
We ship internationally via UPS Worldwide and DHL. all fully insured, no exceptions. Overnight shipping is available upon request.
In the event
there are customs charges assigned to your package, it is your responsibility
to pay for any associated import taxes, including VAT and duties,
required by your country’s governmental regulations. Please contact
your local customs office for further information. Your package
will include a copy of your actual invoice, and the customs office
will determine any applicable fees. ewa lagan GmbH. cannot label an item
as a gift or declare a lesser value than the purchase price of the
item.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that
provides a UPS tracking number. This permits you to track your package
online. Please note that orders containing more than € 500.00 of merchandise
require a signature in order to be delivered.

Please note:
We do not ship to Post Office Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Combined Shipping for Multiple ItemsTo qualify for our combined shipping discount for multiple items,
all items must be paid on a combined invoice and shipped in the
same package. Full shipping rates will apply to the largest item,
with an additional fee added for each additional item. Please contact ewa lagan GmbH. Customer
Care for further assistance and to determine your combined
shipping costs.

International ShippingWe ship internationally via UPS Worldwide Expedited. In the event

Returns:
ewa lagan GmbH. continuously strives to offer its customers the highest
quality of service. We guarantee the authenticity and operability
of each item we sell. However, if you are not completely satisfied,
you may return an item within 7 days from the shipping date provided
certain conditions are met.

International Returns
ewa lagan GmbH. does not reimburse any customs or import duties, brokerage
fees, shipping fees, banking fees, or taxes paid on shipments. These charges are the sole responsibility
of the buyer. In the event a package is refused by the buyer, UPS
will return the package to us. We will refund the purchase price
for a refused item, but we will not refund any shipping costs, duties,
fees, or taxes. In addition, ewa lagan GmbH. reserves the right to charge
your credit card for any return fees we are charged in recovering
the refused package. Your refund will be processed once we receive
your returned item from UPS.

Receiving A Refund
Full refunds (less shipping fees and banking fees ) will be issued in the original
form of payment to the specific bank account or PayPal account originally
used. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund. An email
notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
